My path toward Hilot began in Bohol, when I experienced Hilot for myself at Lola’s Sanctuary. I remember leaving the massage feeling different — lighter, more open, and somehow less blocked within myself. It felt as though something had softened and begun to move again, not only in my body but also on a deeper emotional and energetic level.

That experience stayed with me. It awakened a curiosity and a sense of recognition, as if I had touched something both new and deeply familiar — something connected to my Filipino roots.

Wanting to understand Hilot more deeply, I later took part in a workshop in The Hague, where I trained alongside Hilario as my teacher and guide. That experience gave me the opportunity to explore the practice in a more grounded and intentional way, while continuing to connect it with the inner healing and energy work that had already become part of my journey.

Hilot ng Hiwaga — Healing From Within grew from that unfolding. For me, it is a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, listen inward, and create room for what may be ready to soften, release, or come back into balance.

Through intuitive touch, presence, energy work, and the spirit of Hilot, I now offer that space to others as an invitation to reconnect with themselves from within.
