The Sharing My Light & Healing Energy book grew from a need to give meaning to my own healing journey. I wanted to share what transformation, spiritual awakening, and reconnecting with my Filipino roots looked like from the inside — not as a perfect process, but as something deeply human.
What Broke Open Became My Way Forward
This book holds the parts of my journey that changed me from the inside out. The healing, the awakening, the questions, the breaking open, and the remembering all became part of the story I eventually felt ready to share. Writing it gave me a way to meet those moments again, understand what they had taught me, and follow the path that slowly brought me back to myself and my Filipino roots.
